Our staff at our Orem, Lindon, and Vineyard offices is happy to answer any and all of your questions. We encourage you to contact us if you have a specific dental problem or question that is not addressed below.
We work with many dental insurance plans. For insurances we accept, please refer to this list: Accepted Dental Insurances. If you don’t see your provider that doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t accept it. In a lot of cases, we are able to provide patients with care even when their insurance plan is not on the list, typically at no extra cost. Call our office to discuss your particular insurance situation and any specific insurance questions you may have.
We’ve got you covered! The Canyon Gate Dental Membership Plan is for patients who do not have dental insurance. It offers large discounts on almost all of our procedures, including cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and bridges among others. Call our office to learn more about this plan.
We do no accept Utah Medicaid. We prefer to do our own charitable dentistry work. We believe we have a duty to care for the needy in our community. Eligible patients are selected based on referrals from friends, family members, or a church leader.
We understand that it can be challenging to take time off from work or school to visit the dentist, so we do our best to be flexible. Our offices are open at least one Saturday every month and we stay open until 7:00 pm every Wednesday. We also provide emergency treatment after hours when necessary. If you still find it impossible to make an appointment during these hours, please call us and we will discuss other alternatives.
Our goal is 100% patient satisfaction. We use the best materials, equipment, and dental lab technicians. We do not rush our work and take every necessary step to ensure quality care. However, it is important to keep in mind that occasionally, as with anything, unforeseen problems may arise. That is why we offer a generous Retreatment Policy. If you are unhappy with your dental work or suspect a problem, we urge you to contact us immediately.
Our team is highly trained and skilled in what they do. We provide comprehensive care and a wide variety of procedures in our office. However, if we feel that the treatment you require falls outside of our area of expertise, we will refer you to a trusted specialist. We collaborate with some of the best specialist offices in Utah County and will make sure you receive excellent care.
Yes! We provide dentistry for the entire family, including children as young as two years old. However, some children may experience fear at the dentist and could be uncooperative. In these cases, since your child’s well being is of the utmost importance to us, we may recommend a pediatric dental office.
Unfortunately, there are some dentists in Utah who can be overly aggressive in their diagnosis and treatment plans all to make a little extra money. Typically you can spot these dentists by their large advertising campaigns and crazy offers. We stand by the phrase: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. At our office we treat our patients like family or close friends. We never recommend a procedure or treatment that we wouldn’t recommend to our own mothers, children, or friends.
