2. Flossing is the key

3. Wash your dentures

 Whether you are wearing a partial or full denture, it is very important to clean it every day. Do not forget that the denture is acting as your teeth and need to be taken care of. Prefer to remove the dentures for a few hours; it is best to remove them while sleeping.

4. Drink fluoridated water

The water you are consuming should contain a certain amount of fluoride. The fluoride acts against tooth decay and keeps your gum healthier. Normal tap water contains the optimal amount of fluoride. However, if you prefer purified water, make sure it has all the necessary minerals present in it.

5. Quit smoking

Smoking is the biggest enemy of your overall health. It not only puts you at the risk of cancers and lung diseases but also causes tooth decay and loss. So, try quitting it as soon as possible.
